Big room, good location and quite, price is good compared other places.
No cleaning service, no staff, very small pool.

The value was great and our stay was comfortable.
We were traveling prior to arrival and had to get help when we arrived to make contact to get the key card. The beds were very firm, the furniture very antiquate, the pool was refreshing, great to have a washing machine, no dryer. We enjoyed a comfortable stay.
More towels would have been appreciated.

A great place for a family to stay and explore Chiang Mai!
Good location for walking into the old centre of Chiang Mai and really modern clean facilities. Booking office in the foyer was very helpful.
Pool was never open when we wanted to use it and rules for using gym and pool were very strict.

Nice apartment in a gorgeous building, 10 minutes from everything, minor issues but great host
Beautiful building, warm welcome from the host, nice facilities
Although the host was very quick with responding to messages there was some inaccurate information on the initial booking that held us up (wrong combo code to unlock key, wrong Wifi username/password). Also we had a blackout on the second night of our stay and we were left without power and hot water for about half a day while they tried to fix it. Also the bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
